Media Evaluation: Evaluation Question 3 What have you learned from your audience feedback?
Throughout the course, we have received feedback from our teachers telling us what improvements and changes were needed in order to get the grade we wanted. I think that this has been the biggest influence because it is them who will be marking the grade although the music video wasn’t meant to be made for that type of audience. The audience we aimed for at the start of the course was mainly mainstream music listeners who liked whatever was on the charts.
While making the music video, we regularly posted on our blog to tell our teachers what we were up to and what ideas we had at the time. I thought that this was a great way of communicating to them when we weren’t in class, the blog become a great foundation for music video to sit on. The comments from our teacher would be their personal opinions saying what they thought did and didn’t work, not only did we receive comments from our teachers, we also asked our fellow classmates to also give their personal opinions about what they did and didn’t like about our idea, we were also open to constructive criticism as this would help us make a music video which would attract people around the same age range as they would be the desirable age group we’re trying to attract.

Comment re pitch were also given as feedback. Think about your target audience's feedback - how did you receive this etc - be specific.
